30-Day Easy Return

We understand sometimes for some reason or another our product is not quite what you expected. We offer a 30-DAY EASY RETURN policy as long as it's unused and in new conditions.

To be considered unused products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers.

Please note that the initial shipping cost is not refundable.

If for some reason the product is not to your expectation and is not broken nor defective we will take it back. However, we may not able to afford no-reason return shipping fee.

We highly not recommend that customers initiate a return by rejecting the package. Because in this situation we're not able to receive the rejected package and may not complete the whole returning and refunding process.

Broken or Wrong Items?

If a product arrived broken, defective or with wrong item, we will of course replace it or offer you a refund at no additional charge.
