30-Day Easy Return
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item:
- Is in original condition
- Has only been lightly tried on indoors
- Shows no signs of wear or washing
- No stains, strong odor, or excessive fur
- Includes all original tags and packaging
We completely understand that sizing can be tricky — a gentle try‑on at home is absolutely okay. 🐶
If you're ever unsure about sizing, feel free to email us before placing your order — we’re always happy to help you find the best fit.🐾
However, items that show visible wear or damage won’t be eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on worn items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Cost
For non‑defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — please let us know within 5 business days of delivery and include a photo or short video at info@fluffycream.shop. We’ll happily make it right at no extra cost.
How to Start a Return

Step2: Get Return Instruction
We’ll send you the return address and guide you through the process.
Step 3: Return the Product
Carefully pack the item and ship it according to the instructions provided.
Step 4: Get Replacement or Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
Please allow 3–20 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processed.
