Important Note
Please ensure your delivery address is complete, including your unit number.
Providing a wrong or incomplete address, or omitting the unit number, may cause delays or result in the package being returned. We strongly recommend using a receiver name that matches your ID to avoid any issues during delivery.
We strive to select reliable shipping carriers to deliver your package directly to your door. However, depending on the carrier's policy, the package may be delivered to a locker, community mailbox, or concierge.

Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to prepare it for shipment.
If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we will begin processing it on the next Monday (unless it’s a holiday). We encourage our team to rest and recharge on weekends—thank you for your understanding!

Delivery typically takes 5-9 business days, depending on your location.
For customers in the UK:
Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
For customers in the US:
A standard shipping fee of $6 applies to every order.
For customers in the UK:
A standard shipping fee of £3 applies to every order.
Free Shipping
For customers in the US:
Enjoy free shipping on orders exceeding $45.
For customers in the UK:
Enjoy free shipping on orders exceeding £34.
Additional Shipping Fees
For large-sized shipments or deliveries to outlying areas, an extra shipping fee may apply. We will notify you via email to confirm any additional costs.
If a shipment is refused and returned by the customer, additional fees may apply depending on whether we receive the rejected package. We do not recommend refusing packages. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Shipping Schedule
If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order products at the same time, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. Please note that the arrival time may vary depending on the brand.
If you purchase multiple brands in a single order, we will ship all items together once they are all available.
Some brands may have exceptions. Please check the product description section for details. Pre-order items typically take 1-2 months to be completed.
If an item arrives earlier than scheduled, it will be shipped as soon as it is available. Please be aware that delays may occur due to international transportation conditions. In the event of significant delays, we will contact you via the email address you provided.
Cancellation or Changes
If you ordered the wrong size or would like to change the color, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify your order.
